Auto Layout
Automatic node and edge arrangement powered by the ELK layout engine.
The plugin adds two toolbar buttons: Auto Layout to trigger a full recalculation, and Direction Toggle to switch between left-to-right and top-to-bottom arrangements. Layout also recalculates automatically when nodes are resized.
Toolbar controls

The selected direction persists across page refreshes.
Use cases
Section titled “Use cases”- Automatically arrange a messy diagram after importing data or adding many nodes.
- Toggle between horizontal and vertical orientations to find the best layout for a given workflow.
- Keep the layout tidy after bulk node additions. Hit Auto Layout instead of manually dragging every node.
